Cosy room, Hackney, flat overlooks Regents Canal

As a guest you'd have the larger sized double room in the flat, which is in an area surrounded by cafes, markets and parks (not to mention the canal) in the best area of London. (I know I'm biased..but..:)) The flat is what estate agents would call 'cozy' (in our normal language - this means it's not a mansion but a compact 2 bedroom flat!). The kitchen isn't big enough to have two people cook at the same time for example.. but it has all the mod cons and ok to cook before or after me :)
