It has its own entrance but can also be accessed from the main apartment which also shares the living room &kitchen -You’re free to be social with the other flatmates, or not. Rate includes rent, electricity, WiFi, cooking gas, tap water, housekeeping & laundry 3X/week. You'd need to buy your food&toiletries though.
