The room is on the second floor so you need to be able to climb stairs. My house is in a quiet neighborhood in far north Dallas. Within 10 minute walking distance from lots of shopping (including Kroger, Walmart, ALDI, CVS, Ollie's), gyms (Lifetime Fitness, Fitness Connection), coffee shops (Starbucks, local donut shops, and more), and a variety of restaurants within walking distance. You are welcome to use the pool in the backyard if you wear a life jacket (I have some, just ask).
