Beautiful Olde Towne East Home close to Downtown

I live in a lovely and charming 1910 Queen Anne's house very close to Downtown, the Ohio Theater, the beautiful and historic German Village and have easy access to most convention sites. There are popular and delicious local eating establishments only a 5-10 minute walks from the house. The key will either be in the mailbox or I'll be home.
