Our flat is self-contained, positioned below our 1930s home and has a pleasant garden outlook. Only 5 minutes ride to the Rail Trail. Queen-sized bed and separate living area, shower and toilet. Catch a bus at the door or ride a bicycle. CBD and local cafes and shops. is easy 10 min walk. There is a double sofa bed in a separate room from the main bedroom, to accommodate an extra guest or child. I have 2 bikes you can borrow for a small fee.
