Very conveniently located, I'm upstairs in a 4 unit Victorian on the edge of Oakland's Temescal District, only 1 block from BART and a short ride to SF. I'm a 10 minute walk to several high end restaurants and there is a free shuttle to the local big box stores (Apple, Ikea, Trader Joe's, Sephora, etc), including groceries and movies. There is a shared bath, a big, well stocked eat-in kitchen, and 2 sweet cats!
