This is for the entire top floor unit of our 2 story bungalow house. This is a completely separate unit (1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, living room, front patio, and kitchen). Its a charming old bungalow in a very quiet neighborhood that's within walking distance to some restaurants, bars, and a coffee shop. The place has VERY FAST internet ( 1 GB via Ethernet) and on WiFi its around 150 to 400 mb down and up. Also, there’s another separate unit downstairs that is a separate apt that we rent long term.
