Comfort, style and calm in le Marais, what else?

Bonjour :-) This 50 m² apartment is in a quiet and peaceful courtyard, on the building's noble floor (2nd floor = 3rd US, easy to climb), with higher ceilings. It is where I live: a fully equipped and very well maintained real home. In addition to new equipment (bed, TV, etc.), I have significantly improved its design for winter 23/24. I leave it a few times a year, only to guests who have already been recommended. Your comfort in my home and enjoyment in my hometown are then my top priorities.
