Our three bedroom city cottage is located on a quiet side street in the up and coming Broadstone area, just 15 min walk from the city centre. There is plenty space for four people with a comfortable lounge and nice kitchen. During College term the house is home to our student children, but when they move out for the summer it is available for guests.
