About 15 minutes to downtown, LoDo, RiNo and just across the street from Cherry Creek. Close to lots of restaurants and retail and backs to a park. This is a great place to enjoy your stay in Denver. If you happen to be a Pickleball fan, I live next to four courts. Entire house is 420 friendly. All tobacco products outdoors only.
