My place was built in 1960 and is close to The University of Queensland and restaurants and shops whilst also only being 7km from Brisbane CBD. It is a good location if attending the university and easy to access the city with a bus stop almost directly outside. It is self contained and feels like home whilst you away from yours. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. The area attracts an interesting mix of cultures and ages due to its proximity to the University.
