It's got a small kitchen stocked with dishes, toaster oven, regular electric oven/stove, fridge, coffeemakers and laundry (no microwave, sorry). Front and rear entrances, totally separate from the rest of the house. In addition to the bedroom, there's a futon in the living room that sleeps one comfortably.
