In the heart of the Gothic quarter, next to Plz. Real, Las Ramblas and 15 minutes from the beach. The house is on the 4th, but it is like a 5th floor becauses there is a Mezzanine. There is no elevator, although going up slowly is worth it to reach heaven :) The price of a room with a private bathroom is for 1 o 2 people. In the event that 2 guest want to sleep in separate rooms, they would have to add an extra person to the reservation to activate the use of the second room.
