Quiet private room in N. Cambridge

I DO require all guests be up-to-date with their COVID boosters. Quiet room w/ futon on a frame and couch, desk (not a work desk) , and closet. Bus to Harvard Square leaves just around the corner. It's about a 10 to 14 minute ride depending on the time of day, and there is a subway connection there. There is also a subway stop about a 13 minute walk from my place. I have a lot of hosting experience and can provide good tips based on an individual's interests.
