Mini-fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and stovetop. Please note that there is only 1 sink in the room. There is always lots of street parking right in front of the house. Parking here is always legal. Small dog or cat ok for $5 a day and $1,000 fully refundable security deposit.
