Studio-ish type basement/garden level unit. Private entrance and unit, with a cat on premises, but not allowed in the unit. Our house is minutes (via bus, light rail, walking, biking) to the zoo, parks, restaurants, breweries, museums, and bars in the Five Points/RINO Arts/ Downtown area, 16th St. Mall, and Coors Field. The backyard deck and front porch are 420 friendly. You will love the convenience and amenities of the neighborhood. Quirky (low ceilings, especially the shower) but comfy.
