You can use every single thing like if it is your own. The house is solid, low noise, sunny, in a quiet area,, comfortable rooms (size, decoration, furniture, heat/cold a/c, etc), with terrace and garden, and an incredible playroom. Cleaning-lady: Wednesday afternoon. 12pm to 4pm. Remember to leave the room open!!!
