My home is close to the Delta Hotel, Starbucks, the Wolastoq (Saint John) River, UNB, College of Craft and Design, city centre and parks. You’ll love my place because of its' proximity to downtown and its' lovely quiet neighbourhood. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers. This room is a basement suite. It is a large room, with a queen size bed and a private 1/2 bath. Shower/tub is shared and is on the main floor.
