Private room in quiet neighborhood, near downtown

My place is 10 minute walk to city center, close to public transport, 5 minute walk to 2 big grocery stores, 5 minutes to Maritime Bus, and O'Dell Park. It is a 20 minute walk to the University. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The guest room is best suited for singles but couples welcome if the double size bed works for them. The dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared space. There is free parking on site , however a fee is requested for winter parking.
