Two fully equipped bathrooms. Enormous fully equipped 45 m2. The house is spacius with plenty of quiet spots to relax. The beach is 100 m away. The area is residential and very quiet and safe with free parking. Ten minutes walk to the metro station. You are 7 minutes from the airport and City Center.
