Small, bright, cozy 1-room apartment (about 34 sqm) in Untergiesing with balcony, small simply equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, sofa bed for 2 persons, 3rd floor, elevator, great parking, only 5 minutes through the beautiful Isarhochufer to the Isar/Schwimmbad Schyrenbad, 10 minutes to the center with MVV. Unfortunately, the bathroom was never renovated by the owner, so it is a simple older standard, but it serves its purpose. My guests are allowed to use tea, coffee, all spices, etc.
