Built in 2008, the villa has been designed so as all rooms have a balcony or terrace that offer panoramic view of the area of Almirida. Both floors of the building have large balconies with stunning views of sea and ships traveling to and from the island, as well as of the cape at the opposite side. The terrace of the lower deck is roofed in contrast to the balcony at the first floor, which is open providing the option of relaxing either under the Cretan sun or at the coolness of shade.
