Private single room/shared bathroom and kitchen

It is a female only house. This room is situated at the back of the house. It is a medium sized room with one single bed, a wardrobe and TV. I do not allow people to work from home; they have to be employed or studying. It is a shared kitchen and shared bathroom. The only facilities to be used in the kitchen is for a light breakfast. I would encourage you to prepare a light meal in the evening. I variably have two little grandchildren come to visit so can get quite a bit noisy at time.
