Located in an elevated waterfront position, the house overlooks Smiths Lake to the sand-bar, Cellito Beach and Pacific ocean. This pole house has two pavilions and is typical of modern Australian beach architecture. It has 3 bedrooms and a large open plan living area. With lots of floor to ceiling windows facing the water a view is never far away. At your back door is a short path is the lakes edge. At the front of the house is a BBQ area. For Winter there is an open fireplace to keep you warm.
