Farmhouse style built circa 1901 in one of Asheville's oldest neighborhoods. Quirky. Great for dogs and working from home. Walk downtown in 10 mins. Pack Square is 1 mile away. Private backyard with deck. Blocks from great coffee shop Highfive, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter and downtown. Parking for two cars on street, in front of house. We live in the house and rent it when away on vacation. We manage it. If you want a house that is as clean as a hotel room this is NOT it.
