Quiet, family oriented neighbourhood. 1st floor of a typical Brussels house (no lift!! ) IMPORTANT: tourist tax of 4.5 euro per appart per day to pay at check in. For check in after 10pm an extra 15euro charge is applicable. Possibility to have a cot bed for babies (10 euro per night)
