If your background is lead gen, apps, or local business ads, don't apply.</p> <p><strong>About Icarus:</strong></p> <p>We're a specialized paid media agency working with high-risk brands (CBD, cannabis, nicotine, vapes, peptides). We focus on Meta Ads and high-converting funnels for brands that face advertising restrictions.</p> <p><strong>The Role:</strong></p> <p>Own a portfolio of 10-20 ecommerce client ad accounts end to end. Check spend and performance daily and act on the numbers: scale winners, kill losers, restructure when fatigue creeps in. Build full-funnel campaigns. Run structured creative testing with our creative director and scale what wins. Make the budget calls, including telling a client no when the data isn't there. Lead client reporting calls and strategy reviews. Spot funnel problems beyond the ads (checkout drop-off, tracking issues).
