Modern and peaceful by the river

My flat is located in a charming, peaceful area by the lovely river Akerselva. It is open and spacious (87 m2) and has a balcony overlooking the river. As I live in the flat myself most of the year, it is fully equipped with all you need for cooking and consuming your meals. There are books, CDs and DVDs. It has a tv-set, a piano and free wi-fi. The flat is in on the 3rd floor (4.etasje in Norwegian), and there is an elevator. Nearby buses and trams will take you to the city center in 15 min.
