My house is 5 minutes from a bus and 10 from a train into Manchester city centre. It has a nice garden and a local park, as well as the local Arcadia Pool and Gym in Levenshulme. I look forward to giving you a warm welcome - we usually have a meal for a new guest's arrival. Host-occupied shared accommodation with shared bathroom and common areas. Guests will be sharing spaces with the male host, so for privacy and comfort this room is offered to male guests only.
