Located in residential neighbourhood & walking distance or short bus ride to local cafès, shopping strip, river, Southbank parklands & Arts precinct (gallery, museum, library). The room has a double bed & desk but its not large. Please be aware this is more homely than hotel style & there is no air conditioner (cooling), just fans. Huge sunny outdoor deck.
