a <strong>highly experienced Agentforce Trainer / Salesforce AI Consultant</strong> to work closely with our internal team of Salesforce developers, architects, and product leaders.</p><p>This is not a standard consulting role.<br> This is about <strong>shaping how a global team thinks, designs, and delivers AI-driven Salesforce solutions.</strong></p><p></p><h3><strong>The Role</strong></h3><p>You will act as a <strong>hands-on expert and trainer</strong>, delivering structured workshops and real-world guidance to enable our teams to:</p><ul><li> Design and build <strong>Agentforce-powered AI agents</strong> </li><li> Translate business requirements into <strong>AI-driven use cases</strong> </li><li> Implement <strong>end-to-end intelligent workflows across Salesforce</strong> </li><li> Shift from traditional development to <strong>AI-first solution architecture</strong> </li></ul><p>You will play a key role in <strong>upskilling our entire Salesforce capability</strong>.</p><p></p><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li> Deliver <strong>monthly hands-on workshops</strong> for Salesforce developers and architects </li><li> Train teams on <strong>Agentforce architecture, capabilities, and best practices</strong> </li><li> Support the design and build of <strong>real-world AI use cases</strong>, including: </li><ul><li> AI SDR (Sales Development Representative) agents </li><li> Customer Service / Support agents </li><li> Onboarding and operations agents </li></ul><li> </li><li> Guide teams on <strong>prompt design, orchestration, and agent workflows</strong> </li><li> Provide <strong>advisory on scaling AI solutions across enterprise environments</strong> </li><li> Review and improve <strong>existing implementations and use cases</strong> </li><li> Help define <strong>internal frameworks, accelerators, and best practices</strong> </li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>Required Experience</strong></h3><ul><li> Proven experience working with <strong>Agentforce (Salesforce AI Agents)</strong> </li><li> Demonstrated experience <strong>building multiple AI agents end-to-end</strong> </li><li> Strong background as a <strong>Salesforce Consultant / Architect</strong> </li><li> Hands-on delivery of AI use cases such as: </li><ul><li> Sales automation / SDR agents </li><li> Customer service automation </li><li> Workflow automation using AI </li></ul><li> </li><li> Deep understanding of: </li><ul><li> Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) </li><li> AI-driven workflows and automation </li><li> Prompt engineering and agent orchestration </li></ul><li> </li><li> Ability to <strong>train, mentor, and communicate complex concepts clearly</strong>
