WE RECENTLY HAD AWKWARD SITUATIONS WITH 2 SETS OF GUESTS WHO ASSURED US THEY HAD CAREFULLY READ OUR WRITE-UP BUT CLEARLY HADN'T. TO AVOID SIMILAR SITUATIONS, PLEASE NOTE 1) WE HAVE A DOG, 2) ACCOMMODATION IS IN THE BASEMENT—VERY PRIVATE BUT NO DOOR AT THE TOP OF THE STAIRS, AND 3) BED IS DOUBLE, NOT A QUEEN. Your quiet, beautifully furnished bedroom with private bathroom is located in a 3-storey Victorian house on a tree-lined street in Roncesvalles Village, just outside the downtown core.
