My home is located by the river Avon. It suits someone who wants a quiet location with river walks. Parks, nature reserves etc but still having access to the city centre in less than 20 mins on public transport. The bus stop is a 10-13 mins walk from the house. Troopers hill park is less than a 2 mins walk and conham river park and Neetham park are a few minutes walk away. It’s more of a respite location for anyone needing peace and serenity but easy access to the city centre.
