Nice, large house in the heart of Toronto. Danforth neighborhood, less than 5 min walk from subway stop, and main street. Walk to cafes, pubs, restos, groceries, parks. Near downtown too. Fully furnished, kid-friendly, nice place to be. CAT included. Smilo has no litter box: he's outdoors a lot of the time, but he does like 2 meals a day and some nap time indoors. Rental does not include the basement. Owner may stay in the basement, but would not come into your space at all.
