My apartment is a typical old Berlin apartment with high ceilings and wooden floors. It is located on the second floor in the front house and is bright and friendly. The street runs off from Frankfurter Allee, but you can hardly hear the traffic. The Samariterstraße U-Bahn [subway] stop is three minutes away. In the neighborhood there are lots of shopping, restaurants, snacks and pubs; a lively Friedrichshain mix.
