Lovely full house in Upper Beach (with cat!)

our cozy, stylish, semi-detached home is bright and inviting. we have made many updates to the classic toronto 1910's era design while maintaining some of the older features, resulting in a clean, MCM contemporary style that is also welcoming for kids. this is a working family home that we rent out when we are out of town. our cat comes with the rental! Charlie is sweet and older and we are looking for guests who can care for him and offer some company in exchange for a more affordable rate.
